How to Opt-In
To opt-in to receive text messages from Cohen Criminal Law’s text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided to you.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from a specific Cohen Criminal Law text messaging program, text STOP to the five-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the five-digit number from which the text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Cohen Criminal Law immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify Cohen Criminal Law in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Cohen Criminal Law if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Without prejudice to Cohen Criminal Law’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Cohen Criminal Law may take such action as Cohen Criminal Law deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
